Buongiorno from ITALY

A new school joined the project in November. The Istituto Comprensivo Visconti is situated in the heart of Rome next to the Fori Romani.

The first emails arrived in the middle of November.

Colosseum, Rome We live in Rome. Rome is a beautiful city: there are many interesting monuments and many parks in the center of the city. The COLOSSEO is our most important monument, the symbol of Rome. Many people visit our country because it is very famous. In Rome there are a lot of people, and so there is much traffic.

We go to the school every day but on Saturday and on Sunday we have holidays. We learn English, Maths, Literature, Science, Story, Geography, Art, P.E, Music and many others subjects.

Our favourite sport is football and the teams are A.S. Roma and S.S. Lazio. We also play rugby.

In Italy there is a power democratic: there is a prime minister Silvio Berlusconi and a president of the republic Carlo Azelio Ciampi. Then there are many ministry of varied parties.

Anna likes very much playing volley and tennis and Eva like very much volley too. We like music: Eva likes Sean Paul and Anna likes Eminem. What's your favourite singer?
